All the adult cats in our foster care will have been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed & microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a 1st vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age.
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat and £90 for cats of 10 years and over. We rehome cats as indoor only if they have a disability, are FIV or FeLV positive or are at least 10 years old and show no more interest in going outside.
When applying to adopt a cat, please put the name of the cat in the subject line of your email. If your enquiry is more general and you are looking for a type of cat, for instance an older cat, an indoor only cat, a cat with a disability or special needs, or a pair of cats or kittens, please put this in the subject line.
Spot
Spot
Spot is a friendly and socialised white stray with black patches. He has been coming into my garden for a month now and we have been feeding him.
He has a very cute heart shaped black patch near his left ear. He has some scratches on his nose and a small wound on his side, presumably from fights with other strays, however he seems comfortable with my indoor cat and has never displayed any aggression towards him.
Although he is a stray, he is friendly with most people and allows us to pet and stroke him. He loves being petted on the head and scratches behind his ear. He is fairly comfortable with being handled; I have picked him up and held him without any resistance from him. He seems to be litter trained as he attempted to enter my other cat’s litter tray to use.
He would be best suited to a home where he is given affection and attention. Given he is a stray, he would probably prefer a home with outdoor space/a garden to explore and play in.
